Cocoa Florida Church water damage

We responded to a call from a neighborhood church in Cocoa, on Cox Rd. Just about 2 miles from us.

It seems that a valve on a urinal did not shut off properly and ran all night in the building that houses part of the school and the gym.

with over 10000 square feet of effected area it took our entire crew to get this one under control.

Fortunately the gym floor was smooth  concrete and dried up pretty fast--

Just the size of it took hours to extract the water. We ran one truck mount and one portable water extractor.

As I said it came up easy but was just time consuming.

It still took about 3 days for the rest of the building including the wall to dry.
